Founding Member Terms

These terms apply to UnitTrail founding-member pre-orders sold by Xsyk Ltd (company number 17273344), registered in England and Wales. Contact: xsyk.xyz@gmail.com.
1. What you are buying
A prepaid founding membership: 6 months of the UnitTrail Pro plan, starting on the day your account is activated in the beta, for a one-time payment of US$199.
2. Product status
UnitTrail is in development and is not yet available. We are targeting beta access by 1 December 2026. The features described on our website are our plan. Some may change during development, and we will tell you if a core feature changes.
3. Refunds
- If we do not give you beta access by 1 December 2026, we will refund you in full automatically, or on request if you prefer to wait.
- Before your account is activated, you can ask for a full refund at any time, for any reason.
- After activation, if UnitTrail does not work for you, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the unused portion.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider.
4. Jobber
UnitTrail is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jobber. Using UnitTrail requires a Jobber subscription that supports app connections, which you pay for separately.
5. Business use
Founding memberships are sold to businesses for business use.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Full terms of service will be published before the beta opens and will apply from activation.
