Questions
Do I have to stop using Jobber?
No. UnitTrail sits on top of Jobber. Jobs, quotes and invoices stay in Jobber. We add the equipment layer and send new work back into Jobber.
Which Jobber plan do I need?
Apps need Jobber's app connection, which is available on Jobber's paid plans. We'll confirm the exact plan requirement before beta.
Is my customer data safe?
We connect through Jobber's official, permission-based connection, only request the access we need, isolate each company's data, and never sell data. You can disconnect anytime.
What if the nameplate photo is unreadable?
The tech just types or corrects the fields. The AI fills in what it can read, and a person always confirms before saving.
Can I import equipment I already track in spreadsheets?
Yes. Founding members get help importing existing records.
What if it's not for me?
If we miss the beta date, it's a full refund. After you start using it, you can cancel anytime.
